OVERWHELMING!!!! What an understatement. Once we started, I was going crazy trying to figure what to do next. Then I received the call...they took the worries of the business plan/setting up the business, answered questions about how to file for the right license, the writing of our articles and bylaws. Today I spoke to Adrian Olliviere to get some information and understanding regarding business structures. As a new business owner I was not aware of the initial business set-up that is required by law to become official and to help distinguish between a hobby and a business. The Tax Club preparations and organized format of appointments, the notebook, welcome format were tremendously helpful to me. I began to look forward to their weekly phone calls. Tax Club has given uses a piece of mind, when it comes to understanding and handling taxes for a first time business owner. We were worried about meeting all the IRS dates and having the proper paperwork turn in on time and The Tax Club has taken the worry away, by giving use guidance on how to prepare for tax season.. Hello, my name is Amelia and when I first initialized the operation of my small business which is based solely on E-commerce, the TAX CLUB and it's wonderful staff assisted me with great diligence. I am still quite satisfied with the company; however, I do feel as if clients should all be designated their own personal accountant who will personally assist them with any of their needs, questions or concerns which may arise regarding taxes, business and even investment potentials. Recently, I was met with a dilemma regarding my taxes not being filed correctly because I had taken them to an outside firm other than the TAX CLUB (because I had missed the dead line to file on the tax organizer) and what an awful mistake that was for me. Fortunately, I contacted the TAX CLUB and was transferred over and consulted with a very considerate, polite and respectful Accountant, Mr. Adrian Ollivierre. Mr. Ollivierre assured me that he would assist me in every manner possible whereas, he would review my information and get back with me in a timely fashion so that I could have the necessary information sent to the IRS regarding the non-compliance of my personal property and 1120 forms. Mr. Ollivierre, I just want to thank you again for your time, patience and extended courtesy to such a small person as myself, who is still in the process of trying to learn the ins and outs of entrepreneurship, and may you continue to prosper and be blessed! This is still a learning experience. I'm sure next year will be much smoother as everything will be in place. Lina was very helpful recently helping me straighten out my resale tax license. Thanks to her I now have what is needed. I have spoken with several other accountants on varies "problems" and they have helped put me in the right direction to complete what was needed.
